Vistas AD Media Communications is seeking a “Business Development Manager” to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

As a Business Development Manager at Vistas, you will be responsible for developing, generating, and growing new business opportunities in digital marketing services, website design and development, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and branding.

  • Vistas is seeking a Business Development Manager for our digital marketing offering.
  • Proactively acquire new clients through direct outreach, referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Participate in networking events to research and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend relevant upgrades or additional services to meet client needs.
  • Develop compelling business proposals and contracts to drive client revenue.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with clients to ensure optimal pricing.
  • Empower the sales team with both technical and interpersonal skills to enhance sales performance.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements as necessary to maintain satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumption patterns to keep our offerings competitive and relevant.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, new client acquisition and revenue growth. You will take up the responsibilities of new business development for our services.
  • Candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
  • Should be a highly motivated and self-starter.
  • You will be experienced in engaging with potential clients for our services, maintain contact and lead the team in delivering the right solutions.
  • A proven track record in developing profitable new business
  • A self-starter who will offer clients professional inputs and a satisfying experience in their association with the company
  • Identify business opportunities, improve customer satisfaction and drive implementation efforts
  • You will be a keen listener and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will be a leader with strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

Requirements

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a proven track record of successfully securing new business for agencies across various industries.
  • Brings at least 2 years of experience in business development within an agency environment.
  • Possesses hands-on client-servicing experience in a marketing agency.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Has a solid understanding of the entire business development process.
  • Boasts extensive experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to final closure.
  • Is able to work from our Bangalore-HSR Layout office.
  • Holds strong knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and web design/development.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
